“Be still and know that I am God!
I am exalted among the nations,
exalted on the earth.”
Psalm 46:11

Lord, I place all that I am
and all that I carry into Your hands.
Take my worries, my plans, and my fears,
and lead me according to Your will. I trust in You. Amen.

Lord, in this quiet moment, I turn to You.
Calm my thoughts, steady my heart, and draw me into Your presence.
Let Your peace fill this space and remain with me. Amen.

The Lord's Prayer:

Pray

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail, Mary!

Hail, Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Give all Glory to the Father

Glory be to the Father,
and to the Son,
and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning,
is now,
and ever shall be,
world without end. Amen.

Lord Jesus Christ, Divine Healer,
I come before You in my need.
You know the burdens I carry—
in body, mind, and spirit.

Pour out Your healing grace upon me.
Restore what is broken,
strengthen what is weak,
and bring peace where there is unrest.

If it is Your will, grant me physical healing,
but above all, heal my heart and deepen my trust in You.
Help me to unite my suffering with Your Cross,
knowing that You are always near.

Surround me with Your love,
and guide those who care for me.
May Your presence be my comfort and my strength.

I place myself in Your hands, Lord,
with faith and hope. Amen.

Lord Jesus,
You are the healer of all.
Touch me with Your mercy and restore me in body, mind, and spirit.
Grant me peace, strength, and trust in Your will. Amen.

Scripture and Reflection

28 “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest.

29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for yourselves.

30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

Daily Scripture

Reflection

Christ does not ask you to carry everything alone. This moment is an invitation to lay down what weighs on you and rest in Him.

What burden can you release to God right now?

The Beatitudes

Matthew: Chapter 5. Verses 1 - 12.

Blessed are the peacemakers,
for they will be called children of God.

Psalm 1

1 Blessed is the man who does not walk
in the counsel of the wicked,
Nor stand in the way of sinners,
nor sit in company with scoffers.

2 Rather, the law of the Lord is his joy;
and on his law he meditates day and night.

3 He is like a tree
planted near streams of water,
that yields its fruit in season;
Its leaves never wither;
whatever he does prospers.

Psalm 10

1 Why, Lord, do you stand afar
and pay no heed in times of trouble?

2 Arrogant scoundrels pursue the poor; they trap them by their cunning schemes.

3 The wicked even boast of their greed;
these robbers curse and scorn the Lord.

Psalm 13

1 For the leader. A psalm of David.

2 How long, Lord? Will you utterly forget me?
How long will you hide your face from me?

3 How long must I carry sorrow in my soul, grief in my heart day after day?
How long will my enemy triumph over me?

4 Look upon me, answer me, Lord, my God!
Give light to my eyes lest I sleep in death,

5 Lest my enemy say, “I have prevailed,”
lest my foes rejoice at my downfall.

Psalm 16

God the Supreme Good

1 A miktam of David.

Keep me safe, O God;
in you I take refuge.

2 I say to the Lord,
you are my Lord,
you are my only good.

3 As for the holy ones who are in the land, they are noble, in whom is all my delight.

4 They multiply their sorrows
who court other gods.
Blood libations to them I will not pour out, nor will I take their names upon my lips.

5 Lord, my allotted portion and my cup, you have made my destiny secure.

6 Pleasant places were measured out for me; fair to me indeed is my inheritance.

Psalm 23

The Lord, Shepherd and Host

1 A psalm of David.

The Lord is my shepherd;
there is nothing I lack.

2 In green pastures he makes me lie down;
to still waters he leads me;

3 he restores my soul.
He guides me along right paths
for the sake of his name.

4 Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff comfort me.

Create Your Quiet Space at Home

A quiet space can transform even a few minutes into something meaningful.

Soft light, stillness, and intention can help you enter into prayer more deeply.

Even a small space can become a place of encounter with God.

A quiet corner, a moment of stillness, a gentle light. These simple things can help draw your heart into prayer. In the midst of a busy day, creating a dedicated space at home can help you pause, reflect, and return to what matters most.

You don’t need much. A Bible, a rosary, perhaps a sacred image, and a soft, steady light to mark the moment as set apart.

Let this be your invitation to step away, be still, and meet the Lord in the quiet.

Bring a sense of peace into your space.

Explore our hand-poured candles, thoughtfully crafted to support moments of rest, reflection, and prayer.
