The Stations of the Cross

Lord Jesus,
as I walk with You on the way of the Cross,
help me to understand Your love
and to follow You more faithfully.

The First Station
Jesus is Condemned to Death
We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You,
because by Your holy Cross You have redeemed the world.
Jesus, though innocent, You accept condemnation.
Help me to trust God even when life feels unfair.

The Second Station
Jesus takes up His cross
We adore You, O Christ, and we bless You,

Jesus, You willingly carry the Cross.
Help me to accept my struggles with faith and courage.

The Third Station
Jesus falls the first time
Jesus, You fall under the weight of the Cross.
When I fall, help me to rise again with Your strength.

The Fourth Station
Jesus meets His mother
Jesus, You meet Your sorrowful Mother.
Help me to love and support others in their suffering.

Jesus falls the second time
Jesus, You fall again.
Give me perseverance when I grow weary.

The Eighth Station
Jesus meets the women of Jeruasalem
Jesus, You comfort others even in pain.
Help me to care for others, even when I am struggling.

The Ninth Station
Jesus falls the third time
Jesus, You fall once more but continue on.
Strengthen me to keep going, no matter how difficult the path.

The Tenth Station
Jesus is stripped of His garmants
Jesus, You are stripped of everything.
Help me to let go of pride and trust in God alone.

Jesus is nailed to the cross
Jesus, You are nailed to the Cross.
Teach me to forgive and to love even in suffering.

Jesus dies on the cross
